Bored to Death with Google Jobs

Google Jobs will tell you to have 5 yrs experience as a Sales Engineer. They are looking for rich media flash developers and blah blah blah. I am bored to death with Google Jobs. Google is not for average people. Then again, you may not be average, but Google sure will make you feel that way. It doesn't matter. You have just got to find your own way. The Developers of Facebook found their own way for example. You find Facebook's name in the news right from left just like Google.
