What makes Google a great company. I think Google is a great company because they listen to their employees. That is something that some companies don't do. Some companies are selfish and want all of the fame and glory. Some companies do not give their employees any credit. However, Google seems to listen and give credit to their employees. They even listen to people that are not their employees online through Facebook. Google seems to love ideas and opinions. They recognize people and listen when you do not think they are listening. Maybe that is how they became a bigger company with more ideas and creations. That is the way to grow or else you will remain a small company with only one idea.
